The Old Brookville Police Department was established in 1949, and the Police Benevolent Association in 1950. Currently, the Old Brookville PBA consists of 39 active members. The members of the PBA range in rank from a Police Officer to the Chief of Police. Our members patrol and service several incorporated villages on the North Shore of Long Island, which encompasses approximately 25 square miles.

The men and women of the Old Brookville Police Benevolent Association are committed to protecting life and property with a pro-active approach to law enforcement. During the performance of our duty or while volunteering in the community, the members of the PBA strive to obtain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

The Old Brookville Police Benevolent Association has several roles and responsibilities. The mission to our members is to ensure a safe and hazardous free work environment. To negotiate fair contracts through the collective bargaining agreement. To promote a good working relationship between the police and the communities we serve. To provide legal representation to all members.

The Old Brookville Police Benevolent Association has developed this web site to communicate with the public as well as its members. If you have any questions about the Old Brookville Police Department or any functions of the PBA please feel free to contact us via e-mail. We hope you continue to browse our web site from its construction phase until its completion.
